Once confirmed & agreeable, we will send you a payment link based on your preferred payment methods: online banking (Billplz) or credit card (Paypal). Helpr will shop and deliver the items to your doorstep once payment is successful.
Submit your IKEA shopping list to us and dedicated coordinator & personal shopper will be assigned to complete your IKEA purchases. We operate from 9am to 6pm on weekdays to answer your queries and follow up with your delivery status.
Our shopper visits IKEA Damansara or IKEA Cheras outlets to shop for wider range of items that available offline in-store. Our team will contact you to exchange or replace alternative item should there’s any out-of-stock item in the initial submitted list.
Vessels depart from Port Klang to major ports in East Malaysia & Brunei on weekly basis and we have local partners that deliver right to your doorstep if you aren’t a fan of self-collect. All items are well secured & insured so you have peace of mind!

Our lowest service fee to engage a personal shopper starts from RM30 (items’ cost below RM300) and it gets cheaper with higher amount of shopping list size.

Helpr can assist to shop for IKEA items and make arrangement with IKEA Home Delivery service (assembly service is optional). Flat rate delivery of RM75 available for most area within Klang Valley regardless of shopping list size or weight.
For bulk furniture delivery to East Malaysia & Brunei. Vessels depart on weekly basis and orders are consolidated so that you can enjoy more affordable shipping rate.
The total cost consists of item cost, service fee, delivery charges and 0% GST (From 1 June 2018). Helpr is GST registered company (GST ID: 000847249408).
*Assembly fee may apply for customer who opt for installation using IKEA Home Delivery.
*Credit card payment via PayPal will incur a surcharge of 3.9% (of total payable amount) + RM2
Delivery Charge – Based on (1) the size/ volumetric weight (m3) of your total items; (2) The mode of delivery; (3) your delivery postcode/ area.
Service Fee – Based on your total item cost. This fee includes physical stock check at IKEA Cheras or Damansara outlet (For sea freight option, we will only purchase from IKEA Damansara), parking fees, picking items, shopping time, payment, packing & coordinating delivery. Our Service Fee calculation are as below:
(a) RM300 & below item cost & <5 items per order = RM30 service fee
(b) RM300 to RM499 item cost = RM50 service fee
(c) RM500 to RM2,999 item cost = 10% service fee
(d) RM3,000 & above item cost = 8% service fee
East Malaysia & Brunei:
(a) Item cost < RM800 = flat RM80 service fee
(b) Item cost > RM800 = 10% service fee
IKEA Home Delivery: 2-3 working days for Klang Valley. Delivery out of Klang Valley will be subjected to schedule availability.
Sea Freight: 2-3 weeks for East Malaysia and 3-4 weeks for Brunei.
