How to Order IKEA Online

1. Create IKEA Shopping List

Go to IKEA’s website and select the items you want, then click ‘Save to list’. Create & download your IKEA Shopping List  in PDF Format.

2. Upload to Self Checkout Page

Upload your IKEA shopping list (pdf file) or manually add your items to our IKEA Self Checkout Page. The system will automatically calculate your total service and delivery fee.

3. Payment & Delivery

Once confirmed, you can make payment via online banking (Billplz) or credit card (Paypal). Helpr will shop and deliver the items to your doorstep once payment is successful.

Express Courier (GDEX, KTMD, POS Laju)

For markethall items or packages in smaller size, we are able to deliver to you via express courier service at lower rate. All items are well packed and secured before we ship. 

Pos Malaysia

Cheaper delivery option to send smaller packages to East Malaysia.  Delivery takes about 10-12 working days.

Sea Freight

For bulk furniture delivery to East Malaysia & Brunei. Vessels depart on weekly basis and orders are consolidated so that you can enjoy more affordable shipping rate.

FAQ

The total cost consists of item cost, service fee, delivery charges and 6% GST (taxable on service fee and delivery charges only). Helpr is GST registered company (GST ID: 000847249408).
*Assembly fee may apply for customer who opt for installation using IKEA Home Delivery.
*Credit card payment via PayPal will incur a surcharge of 3.9% (of total payable amount) + RM2

Delivery Charge – Helpr provides shipping service via sea for bulk furniture, with delivery rate starting from RM39 per 0.5m3 (based on dimension of items). Our IKEA self checkout page. will calculate other components of shipping charges include billing fee, insurance coverage, labor charges, transit charges from IKEA outlets to Port Klang and delivery charges to your doorstep from nearest ports in East Malaysia.

Service Fee – Service fee will be charged based on your total item cost. This fee includes physical stock check at IKEA Cheras or Damansara outlet, parking fees, picking the items, shopping time, payment, packing & coordinating delivery. Our Service Fee calculation are as per below:

East Malaysia & Brunei:  
(a) RM800 & below item cost = RM80 service fee
(b) RM800 & above item cost = 10% service fee

Delivery Area – We deliver to Kota Kinabalu, Beverly, Putatan, Likas, Inanam, Tanjung Aru, Keningau, Kudat, Kota Marudu, Kota Belud, Tuaran, Tamparuli, Ranau, Penampang, Papar, Tambunan, Bongawan, Membakut, Kuala Penyu, Menumbok, Beaufort, Sipitang, Tenom, Nabawan, Sandakan, Beluran, Kota Kinabatangan, Pamol, Tawau, Lahad Datu, Kunak and  Semporna.

Depending on your choice of delivery, the estimated delivery time needed is as per below:
Express Courier (GDEX, KTMD, POS Laju): 3-5 working days for Malaysia. 5-7 working days for Singapore. 
Pos Malaysia: 10-12 working days for East Malaysia.
Sea Freight: 2-3 weeks for East Malaysia and 3-4 weeks for Brunei.
In our IKEA self checkout page, you can choose to pay via online banking or PayPal during checkout process.

Yes, to confirm your order, payment must be made before a personal shopper is assigned to carry out the task for you.
Customers need to check the packaging of the items while receiving to ensure that it’s not dented or damaged. You have the right to reject the items should the items are damaged. For express courier service, all shipments are insured up to RM200.
